Relational therapy for couples navigating conflict, disconnection, and repeating patterns — in person or online.

You can arrange an initial consultation directly or send an enquiry first. Brent will reply within one working day to confirm fees, format (in person or online), and next steps.

Payment arrangements are agreed before sessions begin. Cancellation terms are shared at booking so expectations are clear for both parties.

Pathfinder Therapy is a private practice. Sessions are not typically covered by public health insurance in Portugal.
